| * Standard business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
Services are billed in quarter hour increments. On-Site services provided in the Memphis Metropolitan Area will
include 30 minutes for transit time per incident. Work required outside the standard business hours requires 8
hours advance notification and will be billed at 1½ times the standard rate.

Standard hourly rate*
On-site = $125
Remote = $75
Websites = $90
Pre-paid block time rates:
10 hours = 5% discount
20 hours = 10% discount
30 hours = 15% discount
40 hours = 20% discount |
| Please enter your Invoice # you wish to reference in the block below.
Then click on the Pay Now button. You will be taken to a secure payment page. On the left side you
will see "Your Order Summary", there is a box under payment that says "item price", enter the amount
of your payment here. Below the box you will see your referenced Invoice # you entered previously.
Then below there is an update link. Click on update and your payment plus the online
processing fee is totalled for you.
